Orioles "Birdland Passport" program returns in 2014

The Orioles announced today that the club will continue the Birdland Passport program, designed to reward fans who visit Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Orioles' local minor league affiliates. All five minor league affiliates - the Norfolk Tides, Bowie Baysox, Frederick Keys, Delmarva Shorebirds, and Aberdeen IronBirds - will continue to participate in the program.

"America's most family-friendly and affordable sports entertainment option available today is baseball," said GREG BADER, Orioles Vice President of Communications & Marketing. "Professional baseball welcomes more than 120 million fans annually, and the Birdland Passport program has been successful in promoting our area's great ballparks, and our great sport, throughout the region."

Fans can sign up for a complimentary passport at the Fan Assistance Center in the Warehouse at Oriole Park or at any of the five minor league ballparks. Fans who visit five of the six Orioles affiliated ballparks and have their passport marked with a 2014 stamp will receive a limited edition Birdland Passport T-shirt (one per customer, per passport). Those who visit all six ballparks in one year will be entered to win a trip for two to spring training in Sarasota, Florida in 2015. More information on the program is available at www.orioles.com/passport.
