Mariners recall LHP Lucas Luetge

SEATTLE, Wash. -- Seattle Mariners Executive Vice President & General Manager of Baseball Operations Jack Zduriencik announced the following roster move this afternoon:

·         Lucas Luetge, LHP, recalled from AAA Tacoma

Luetge (#44) will be in uniform for tonight's series opener vs. the Texas Rangers (7:10 pm).

Luetge, 27, is will be in his second stint with the Mariners after being optioned back to Tacoma on April 14 (post-game). Luetge has made two appearances with Seattle this season (0-0, 18.00 ERA). In four appearances with the Rainiers he was 1-0 with a 5.79 ERA (3 ER, 4.2 IP) with one save (6 strikeouts, 1 walk).
