6th annual Sportsnet Charity Broadcast Auction Presented by TD
Exclusive Blue Jays Experiences available for fans from coast to coast
On Thursday, May 15 the Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Sportsnet along with presenting partner, TD Canada Trust, team up for the 6th annual Sportsnet Charity Broadcast Auction in support of Jays Care Foundation. Fans will be able to place bids throughout the auction by calling 1-877-440-JAYS (5297) or 416-341-1495.
During the game, fans from across Canada will have the opportunity to bid on exclusive Blue Jays experiences and collections of memorabilia, with proceeds supporting Blue Jays programs and outreach initiatives through Jays Care. The live broadcast, hosted by Sportsnet's EVANKA OSMAK, will begin during the pre-game Blue Jays Central show at 6:30 p.m. on Sportsnet and will continue during the game until closing, 10 minutes after the last out of the seventh inning. Phone lines will be staffed by Jays Care Community Crew members and Lady Jays.
There are 11 exclusive Blue Jays experiences are up for grabs, including a trip for four to the Baseball Hall of Fame with Hall-of-Famer Roberto Alomar, a knuckleball lesson with 2012 Cy Young Award winner R.A. Dickey, and a day of golf with Blue Jays alumni. Fans will also have the opportunity to purchase Fan Packs, brought to your home by UPS, for $50 and $100 donations to Jays Care Foundation
