Washington Nationals and The Kane Company to Host Second Annual Free Shred and eCycle Day at Nationals Park

Office Shredding and eCyclers will recycle out-of-date electronic equipment and paper

WHAT:    

The Washington Nationals will team up with The Kane Company again to host the second annual Free Shred and eCycle Day on Saturday, June 14 at Nationals Park.

Office Shredding and eCyclers, subsidiaries of The Kane Company, will help Nationals fans securely and responsibly shred and recycle out-of-date electronic equipment and paper documents. Office Shredding is a NAID (National Association for Information Destruction)-certified company.

Nationals fans are encouraged to drop off their old electronic devices and used paper at the First Street Party Tent on the corner of First Street, SE and Potomac Avenue, SE. Please do not bring batteries, TV's, paint, hazardous materials or appliances.

The first 150 fans to bring in an item for safe disposal will receive a pair of tickets to the Thursday, June 19 game against the Atlanta Braves.*

This Free Shred and eCycle Day is part of the Nationals ongoing commitment to encourage environmental sustainability.
