Padres Roster Move

The San Diego Padres today made the following roster moves:

• Placed INF Yonder Alonso on the 15-day DL, retroactive to June 17, with right wrist tendinitis. Alonso's 2014 stats.
• Selected OF Jake Goebbert from Triple-A El Paso. His first appearance will be his Major League debut. Acquired by the Padres on May 15 last month from the Oakland Athletics along with a PTBNL (RHP Ronald Herrera) in exchange for INF/OF Kyle Blanks Goebbert's 2014 minor league stats.

With today's transactions the Padres currently have a full 40-man roster. Please find attached an updated copy of the Padres current 25-man roster.
