Dodgers to celebrate Clayton Kershaw's no-hitter with $22 ticket offer for June 29 game, Kershaw's next scheduled start at home

LOS ANGELES - In celebration of Clayton Kershaw's first-career no-hitter last night, the 22nd no-hitter in Dodger franchise history, the Dodgers will offer a limited number of $22 tickets to Kershaw's next scheduled home start, Sunday, June 29 (vs. STL, 1:10 p.m.). A limited number of $22 Infield Reserve (reg. $30), preferred reserve (reg. $25) and left field pavilion (reg. $25) tickets for the June 29 game are available for purchase now, while supplies last, by visiting www.dodgers.com/nohitter or by calling 866-DODGERS.

Kershaw took a perfect-game into the seventh inning and allowed just one base runner in an 8-0 win over the Rockies last night, the 22nd no-hitter in Dodger franchise history and the 12th in Los Angeles history. Kershaw finished the game with 15 strikeouts, a career-high, which tied for the most in the Majors this season and the most by a Dodger since Hideo Nomo's 17 on April 13, 1996 vs. the Marlins. It was the first no-hitter thrown at Dodger Stadium since the Angels' combined 8.0-inning no-hit loss on June 28, 2008 and first by an individual since the Dodgers' Ramon Martinez on July 14, 1995 vs. Florida. Kershaw's 15 Ks were the most ever for a Dodger in a no-hitter and the most for any pitcher in a no-hitter since the Rangers' Nolan Ryan's 16 on May 1, 1991 against the Blue Jays. Kershaw's no-hitter was the second of the season by a Dodger, marking just the second time in franchise history that the team has had two pitchers throw no-hitters in the same season, also accomplished by the 1956 Brooklyn club with no-hitters by Carl Erskine vs. NY Giants (May 12, 1956) and Sal Maglie vs. Philadelphia (Sept. 25, 1956).

The Dodgers offer one of the best values in Los Angeles and all of sports with season tickets starting at $14 per seat, per game. More information on season tickets can be found by visiting www.dodgers.com/seasontickets or by calling (323) DODGERS.
