Following his activation from the DL, he was optioned to Triple-A where he has gone 5-0 with a 2.23 ERA (9 ER/36.1 IP) in 6 starts for the Clippers.

Tomlin, 29, has gone 5-7 with a 4.47 ERA (43 ER/86.2 IP) in 15 games/14 starts with the Indians since being recalled from Triple-A Columbus on May 6. The 29-year-old right-hander reeled off three straight quality starts to begin his season with the Tribe and was 4-2 with a 3.12 ERA (14 ER/40.1 IP) through his first 7 games/6 starts, but has taken losses in 5 of his last 6 decisions over 8 games/starts since June 12.
