Miller Park homestand highlights: August 5-10

MILWAUKEE, WI - The Milwaukee Brewers return to Miller Park tonight to begin a six-game homestand, which includes a pair of three-game series against National League West opponents - the San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers. This will mark the first meeting of the season against either team. The Brewers and Giants enter tonight's game with identical records at 61-51 (.545). Tuesday, August 5 vs. San Francisco Giants - 7:10 p.m.

Brewers Participate in Wisconsin Humane Society PAL Graduation - Brewers pitchers Brandon Kintzler and Tom Gorzelanny, along with third-base coach Eddie Sedar and Brewers Wives will participate in the Wisconsin Humane Society PAL graduation. PAL is a two-week summer camp for underserved Milwaukee children ages 10-13. The kids are paired up to train a shelter dog for two weeks, among other confidence-building and violence prevention activities. At the graduation, kids show off their new dog-handling skills and receive diplomas. The players will participate in the graduation by handing out the diplomas and congratulating the kids.
 
Saturday, August 9 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers - 6:10 p.m.
Mystery Bags - Fans will have the opportunity to donate $40 in exchange for a mystery bag, which will contain an autographed baseball signed by a Brewers player on the active roster, Brewers manager Ron Roenicke or Hall of Famer Bob Uecker. Brewers Wives will be stationed at tables throughout the ballpark selling the mystery bags until they are sold out. All proceeds will go the Next Door Foundation, which is an education and social service center that works with Milwaukee children and families to help build educational and life skills.
 
Brewers Coupon Book - The first 25,000 fans 18 and older will receive a Brewers Coupon Book, featuring coupons for tickets, merchandise and local sponsors.

Autograph Saturdays for Kids presented by U.S. Bank® - Prior to five Saturday Brewers home games during the 2014 season, fans 14-and-under can receive autographs from select Brewers players and coaches. Autograph sessions will begin shortly after gates open and last for approximately 20 minutes. For each Autograph Saturday game, one child will be selected to win a VIP package compliments of U.S. Bank®. Blue Bunny Ice Cream Sundays - At each Sunday home game, the first 2,000 kids ages 12 and under receive a coupon for a free Blue Bunny Ice Cream treat upon entering Miller Park.
