SARASOTA, Fla. -- In his final game before leaving Orioles camp to join the Netherlands for the World Baseball Classic, hit a long third-inning home run as the O's fell to the Yankees, 4-1, on Monday afternoon.
Schoop is 3-for-8 in three spring games. He also has two doubles.
"I feel like I have enough games in. I think we have two more exhibition games down there to get ready. Then, we've got to play three games down there before the tournament starts, but I'm ready. I feel good," Schoop said.

Probable Opening Day starter will face Detroit while rotation candidate sees Boston. Both games begin at 1:05 p.m. ET.
Orioles Up Next:Mike Wright, who began the 2016 season with the Orioles, makes his first Grapefruit League start on Tuesday against the Philadelphia Phillies at Spectrum Field at 1:05 p.m. ET. Barring injury, Wright is competing for a spot in the Orioles' bullpen.
