All-Star rosters to be revealed exclusively live on FOX on 2013 MLB All-Star Game Selection Show presented by Taco Bell on Saturday, July 6 at 6:30 p.m. ET

For the first time ever, the All-Star Game rosters will be revealed exclusively on FOX, with the 2013 MLB All-Star Game Selection Show presented by Taco Bell airing live at 6:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 6, prior to FOX’s slate of prime time games that evening.

There will be two more balloting updates before then:

• This weekend, with the American League update on FOX (Saturday, June 22 at 7:00 p.m. ET) and the National League update on ESPN (Sunday, June 23 at 7:00 p.m. ET).

• Monday, July 1 (AL) and Tuesday, July 2 (NL)

In the most recent All-Star balloting results revealed this past weekend, the two reigning Most Valuable Player Award winners remained at the top of their respective leagues, though challengers have made up ground. Miguel Cabrera of the Detroit Tigers leads all players with nearly 3.3 million votes, with Chris Davis of the Baltimore Orioles gaining ground for the American League lead with 3 million votes. Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants paces all National Leaguers with more than 2.6 million votes, with Yadier Molina of the St. Louis Cardinals close behind for both the NL lead and the starting catcher position with 2.5 million votes.

MLB’s All-Star Balloting Program is the largest of its kind in professional sports, and last year produced a record-shattering total of 40.2 million ballots cast. Voting at MLB.com concludes on Thursday, July 4th at 11:59 p.m. ET.

The 84th MLB All-Star Game will be played at Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets, on Tuesday, July 16th, televised nationally by FOX Sports with pre-game ceremonies beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.
