Tulowitzki crushed the first offering he saw for a solo homer in the first and followed two innings later with a two-run blast for his first two homers of the spring.

Rockies catcher Michael McKenry added a solo homer in the third, and second baseman Josh Rutledge hit a two-run shot in the fourth to end Blanton's outing after 3 1/3 innings. The veteran allowed seven runs on eight hits and a walk.
The Angels' first run came in the third inning, on a sacrifice fly by center fielder Collin Cowgill, and Andrew Romine went deep in the seventh.
Rockies left-hander Jorge De La Rosa rebounded from a subpar Cactus League opener by allowing one run on three hits and striking out two over three innings.
Left fielder Tim Wheeler added an RBI double for Colorado.
