Graveman on traditions, shopping and resolutions

OAKLAND -- A's right-hander Kendall Graveman took time out of the holiday season to speak with MLB.com about the Christmas season.

MLB.com: What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Graveman: Heading to either the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee or [the] Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia with family to hang out in a cabin.

MLB.com: What is at the top of your Christmas wish list this year?

Graveman: A beard like [Sean] Doolittle's.

MLB.com: What's your favorite Christmas movie?

Graveman: "Home Alone."

MLB.com: How would you describe yourself as a shopper?

Graveman: [I'm at a] maximum [an] hour shopper. [If] it's going to take longer than that, then I'd rather shop online.

MLB.com: If you could get Stephen Vogt anything for Christmas, what would it be?

Graveman: The best gift I could ever get Vogt would be a lifetime pass to Disney. He would love me forever for that!

MLB.com How about Sonny Gray?

Graveman: A personalized golf cart [with] big speakers, a YETI cooler -- all black with a Vandy logo and a side car for [his son] Gunnar to cruise with us while we played.

MLB.com: Do you make any New Year's resolutions?

Graveman: I've never been a New Year's resolution type of person, but I do believe in writing down goals at the beginning of the year that I want to achieve.
