A's Officially Unveil New Website Brand Domain 'athletics.com'

OAKLAND, Calif.-To ease fan access to the official club website and conform with most Major League Baseball clubs, the Oakland A's have announced a new brand domain, "athletics.com," effective immediately.  

Previously, the A's had used "oaklandathletics.com" and now the shorter brand address will make accessing the Athletics much easier and faster for fans while seamlessly conforming to the A's official social media accounts, such as @Athletics on Twitter.

While athletics.com is a simpler option for public use, the team stressed that oaklandathletics.com will continue to function.
