SHARE2CARE FOR FLOOD RELIEF
Proceeds from the Astros Foundation's Share2Care raffle to be held during this weekend's series vs. the Boston Red Sox will benefit residents affected by the flooding in the Houston area earlier this week. All Astros Foundation's proceeds from the three-game series will go the American Red Cross' Houston flood relief efforts.
Share2Care is a 50/50 raffle held by the Astros Foundation at each Astros home game. Fans can purchase tickets from sellers at several locations throughout Minute Maid Park. One winning ticket is selected each game with the winner receiving half of that game's raffle proceeds and the Astros Foundation receiving the other half.
WEEKEND PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAYS
On Saturday, April 23, 10,000 fans will receive a Carlos Correa Replica White Home Jersey giveaway, courtesy of Waste Management.
Fans are encouraged to arrive at the ballpark early to receive Saturday's promotional giveaway, as supplies are limited and not guaranteed.
BIG AND BRIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS
Big and Bright Friday Night fireworks return this Friday, featuring a "Monster Ballads" musical theme. Fireworks begin approximately 15 minutes following the conclusion of Friday's 7:10 p.m. game vs. the Boston Red Sox.
NATIONAL BROADCASTS
Two of this weekend's games will be broadcast nationally. Saturday's 3:05 p.m. game will air on Fox Sports (FS1) in addition to ROOT SPORTS SOUTHWEST.
Sunday's specially-timed 7:05 p.m. evening game will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball.
With the switch to a later game on a school night, Kids Run the Bases will not take place postgame. The Astros are happy to offer Kids Run the Bases after every Sunday afternoon game as part of Kroger Family Sundays and look forward to its return on Sunday, May 8.
As always, fans can catch all of the game action on the Astros flagship radio stations, KBME 790 AM and La Nueva 94.1 FM.
SPECIAL RECOGNITION
Prior to Saturday's 3:05 p.m. game, the Astros will recognize the club winners of the 2015 BBWAA awards, Louisville Silver Slugger and Rawlings Gold Glove Awards in a special on-field pregame ceremony.
