On Sunday, July 30 from approximately 5-7 p.m., the Milwaukee Brewers and MillerCoors will host a tasting event at Fred's Pub at the MillerCoors Headquarters, where the "Beerded Brewer IPA" will be unveiled. (NOTE: The event will begin 45 minutes following the conclusion of that afternoon's Brewers vs. Cubs game).
The new IPA, created by players Eric Thames, Oliver Drake and All-Star Corey Knebel, is a limited release that will be available at Miller Park exclusively for those fans who purchase the "Beerded Brewer IPA on Tap" ticket package on August 10. 
At the event, Brewers players (including Thames, Drake and Knebel), front office staff and members of the media will be the first to get a taste of the Beerded Brewer IPA. The event will be hosted by MillerCoors, including Milwaukee General Manager Jim Kanter and Manager of Beverage Technology and Innovation Troy Rysewyk, who oversaw the "Beerded Brewer IPA" production. 
Please note that this preview event is not open to the general public. 
In May, the three Brewers players visited MillerCoors and spent a day learning the science of beer and eventually created what would become the Beerded Brewer IPA.
The Beerded Brewer IPA will not be available to the general public. Brewers fans and beer fans can snag a swig of the exclusive brew by purchasing the Beerded Brewer IPA on Tap ticket package for the game on August 10 at Miller Park. Fans will receive a 12 ounce pour of Beerded Brewer IPA, a special Beerded Brewer IPA glass and a 16 ounce Barrelman Ale while enjoying that night's contest against the Minnesota Twins.
