Blue Jays announce roster moves

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have selected the contract of LHP FELIX DOUBRONT and recalled RHP RYAN TEPERA from Buffalo of the International League (AAA).

DOUBRONT, 27, has spent all of 2015 with Buffalo posting a 1-3 record with a 2.44 ERA over nine starts. In those contests has allowed just 36 hits over 48 innings for a .205 opponent's average. The Carabobo, Venezuela native is a veteran of five seasons with the Red Sox and the Cubs recording a 28-23 record and a 4.78 ERA in 102 games (73 starts). Doubront will wear #57.

TEPERA, 27, returns for a 2nd time in 2015 having appeared in 12 games, posting a 2.77 ERA in 13 innings. In Buffalo, the right-hander has allowed just one run over 20.1 innings for a 0.44 ERA in 11 relief outings.
