Blue Jays avoid arbitration

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have agreed to terms on 2014 contracts and avoided salary arbitration with LHP BRETT CECIL ($1.3 million US), OF COLBY RASMUS ($7 million US) and RHP ESMIL ROGERS ($1.85 million US).
