Blue Jays Roster Move

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have recalled infielder RYAN GOINS from Buffalo and have designated RHP TODD REDMOND for assignment.

GOINS, 27, has played in six games for Buffalo this season and is batting .350 with a double and three RBI. This spring the left-handed hitter posted a .315 average in 28 games with five doubles, a triple, two home runs and seven runs batted in.

REDMOND, 29, has appeared in two games this season and posted a 16.62 ERA.
