The Toronto Blue Jays have claimed LHP Sam Moll on waivers from the Seattle Mariners.
Moll, 26, appeared in 11 games in 2017 for the Oakland Athletics with 10.80 ERA and no decisions. In five minor league seasons the 5-10, 185 lbs left hander, has posted a 9-10 record with four saves and a 3.35 ERA in 151 games six starts. This spring the 2013 third round draft pick of the Colorado Rockies, has pitched four scoreless innings in four games with one save.
The Blue Jays now have 40-players on the 40-man roster.
