Miller exits after getting hit by pitch in shoulder

ST. PETERSBURG -- Brad Miller left the Rays' 2-0 win over the Blue Jays on Thursday with a right shoulder contusion.
After the game, the Rays said Miller was day to day.
Miller got hit on his right shoulder by a pitch thrown by Tom Koehler in the second inning. He continued to play, but came out following the fourth inning.
took over at shortstop and , who started Thursday's game at shortstop, slid over to second base to take Miller's place.
