Pipeline Preview: Gohara on a roll for Mississippi

Here's a look at top prospects to watch in today's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch: Nick Senzel (Reds' No. 1), Pensacola vs. Chattanooga (7:35 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Senzel, the No. 19 overall prospect, extended his hitting streak to 10 games with a 1-for-4 performance on Monday. The 22-year-old is hitting .304 through 16 games with Pensacola after hitting .305 in 62 games prior to his promotion. Senzel has hits in 12 of the 16 games he's played at the Double-A level and has really turned it on lately, hitting .387 in the month of July.

Pitcher to watch: (Braves' No. 9), Mississippi vs. Jackson (8 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Gohara was promoted from Class A Advanced Florida after going 3-1 with a 1.98 ERA through seven starts and has continued to throw well in his first Double-A experience. Gohara has appeared in nine games (eight starts) with Mississippi and has posted a 2.72 ERA, a 1.07 WHIP and a .203 batting average against. Gohara has thrown especially well lately, giving up just one run over his last two starts (9 2/3 innings) while notching 11 strikeouts.
