A's get Kurcz from Braves for int'l bonus slot

The Braves and A's completed a trade Monday, with Oakland receiving right-handed pitcher Aaron Kurcz in exchange for the International Bonus Pool Slot No. 113.

Kurcz, 24, went 4-3 with a 3.27 ERA in 31 appearances out of the bullpen for Triple-A Gwinnett this season. He was acquired by Atlanta in a deal with the Red Sox in December.

Kurcz has a career record of 17-14 with a 2.87 ERA in 152 Minor League games.
