Capuano remaining in Dodgers' rotation

LOS ANGELES -- Chris Capuano will stay in the Dodgers' rotation for now, while Stephen Fife remains in limbo.

Manager Don Mattingly said Capuano would start on Saturday against the Cubs at Wrigley Field, but the Dodgers have not decided where Fife will start next.

Fife, on the disabled list with right shoulder bursitis, is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Thursday in Chicago. He has already made two Minor League rehab starts.

"We just keep working him towards his next start," Mattingly said. "We'll decide where his next start is going to be. It's either going to be in the Minor Leagues or the Major Leagues."
