Cardinals Cut Three From Spring Roster

The St. Louis Cardinals announced following today’s game against the Braves that they have cut three players from their Spring Training roster, reducing the number of players in Major League camp to 48.

The Cardinals announced that left-handed pitcher Kevin Siegrist has been optioned to Memphis (AAA) and that non-roster left-handed pitcher Barret Browning and non-roster catcher Cody Stanley have been re-assigned to minor league camp.
