Maddon ready for redecorating at Wrigley office

DENVER -- The visiting manager's office at Coors Field isn't very big, but it can accommodate a small sofa, a couple of chairs and a large desk. It's huge compared to what Cubs manager Joe Maddon has at Wrigley Field. He's in the process of doing some redecorating there. Maybe HGTV's "Property Brothers" could help?

Maddon's wish list includes a mural of Chicago on one wall, a wine cellar, and an open concept so he can have some space.

"All the important things," he said.

His Wrigley office does have a private bathroom.

"I think I would take the executive bathroom over the crazy-good office," Maddon said.

He is a fan of the HGTV shows, including "Love it or List it" and "House Hunters International." The only catch for the "Property Brothers" Drew and Jonathan Scott is that there isn't much room.

"They won't have a lot to work with, space-wise," Maddon said. "But [if they want to help], I'm in."
