Cleveland Indians Friday Game vs. Royals is sold out

Marks ninth sellout of the season, including Saturday's previously announced sellout; most since 2007.

The Cleveland Indians announced that Friday's game against the Kansas City Royals is sold out. It's the ninth sellout of the year, joining: April 11 vs. the White Sox, July 4 vs. the Padres, July 8 vs. the Tigers, July 21-22 vs. the Blue Jays, August 4-5 vs. the Yankees, and the club's previously announced sellout of Saturday's game against the Royals.
Limited Standing Room Only tickets remain for Sunday's game against the Royals, over whom the Indians currently hold a six-game lead in the American League Central.
