Coaching changes

TORONTO BLUE JAYS Bullpen Coach PAT HENTGEN has been re-assigned in the organization to allow him the time needed to support his family and his father's current health issues. BOB STANLEY, who served as the pitching coach with the Buffalo Bisons (AAA) in 2013, has been appointed to the position of bullpen coach for the 2014 season.

Stanley, 59, is in his 3rd season as a coach in the Blue Jays organization, spending the first two as pitching coach at the AAA level. The former first round pick of the Red Sox in 1974, Stanley played all 13 seasons of his career with Boston, holding the Red Sox mark for appearances at 637. The Portland, Maine native was named the Red Sox Hall of Fame in 2000.

The 2014 current coaching staff is, Manager - John Gibbons, Bench Coach - DeMarlo Hale, Hitting Coach - Kevin Seitzer, Pitching Coach - Pete Walker, Third Base Coach - Luis Rivera, First Base Coach - Tim Leiper & Bullpen Coach - Bob Stanley.
