College Baseball Returns to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington

Northwood-Texas Wesleyan play Saturday at 1:00 p.m.; TCU-UTA square off Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

Arlington, Texas - College Baseball returns to Rangers Ballpark in Arlington with games scheduled for Saturday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 19.

Texas Wesleyan University, coached by former Rangers pitcher Mike Jeffcoat will play Northwood University, tomorrow, Saturday, March 16 at 1:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Rangers Ballpark third base ticket office with the third base gate opening at 12 noon. Tickets are priced at $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for student, children, and seniors.

On Tuesday, March 19, UT Arlington of the Western Athletic Conference meets TCU of the Big 12 Conference in a 7:00 p.m. start. Tickets are prices at $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for students and children and can be purchased in advance at UT Arlington or on the night of the game at Rangers Ballpark. The First Base Gate at Rangers Ballpark will open at 5:30 p.m.

This will be the first of three meetings between the Mavericks and Horned Frogs in 2013. The teams will also play on Tuesday, April 16 at Clay Gould Ballpark in Arlington and on Tuesday, May 14 at Lupton Stadium in Fort Worth.

Parking is free of charge for both games.
