Baseball Commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr. will be joined by legendary Hall of Fame broadcaster Dick Enberg for the annual Commissioner's Town Hall Meeting exclusively on MLB.com from MLB All-Star FanFest in San Diego on Tuesday, July 12 at 11:30 a.m. PT.
A live video stream of the interactive chat session with baseball fans will be carried on MLB.com, the official website of Major League Baseball, and the MLB.com At Bat mobile app. A transcript of the dialogue, as well as an archived replay of the chat, also will be available across all MLB digital platforms.
