Once the calendar switched to June, Conner Greene became dominant. The Blue Jays' No. 2 prospect twirled seven scoreless frames Tuesday for Class A Advanced Dunedin in a 6-0 shutout of Brevard County and is 2-0 with a 0.95 ERA through three starts in the month.
Greene gave up three hits, walked a pair and struck out seven in his longest start of the year. The seven strikeouts were also a season-high for the right-hander, who recently added a slider to his repertoire.
"It's coming along -- the good ones outweighed the bad ones," Greene told MiLB.com. "I'm confident in it and it's nice to have another weapon. It's cool because when I get in an 0-2 count, instead of just using those three pitches, I can work it in and get swings and misses that way."
Greene did not allow a hit until the top of the sixth inning. He allowed only one baserunner -- via a walk -- in the first five frames.

• No. 23 overall prospect Clint Frazier (Indians' No. 2) bumped his average up to .299 with his 2-for-4 performance for Double-A Akron in a 5-2 win over Reading. Frazier hit his eighth homer of the year and also drove in a pair of runs. He has RBIs in five of his past six games.

• No. 27 prospect Aaron Judge (Yankees' No. 2) has plenty of power, so it was only a matter of time before he recorded his first career multi-homer game. That game arrived as Judge went 4-for-5 with two homers and three RBIs for Triple-A Scranton-Wilkes/Barre in a 9-2 win. Judge has three homers over his past three games and 12 through 67 games.

• No. 41 prospect David Dahl (Rockies' No. 2) continues to show a good eye at the plate as he drew another two walks for Double-A Hartford and has walked nine times in the past five games. Dahl went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI in an 11-3 loss.

• No. 44 overall prospectJosh Bell continues to rack up hits and is hitting .319 for Triple-A Indianapolis. The Pirates' No. 2 prospect went 2-for-4 with an RBI in a 8-7 loss to Gwinnett in extra innings and has two hits in three of his last four games.
• No. 49 overall prospectJake Thompson (Phillies' No. 2) twirled another gem for Triple-A Lehigh Valley, giving up two earned runs over eight innings in a 3-2 win over Norfolk. Thompson has been throwing well all month, going 3-0 in four June starts. The right-hander allowed three earned runs in 29 innings during that span.
• No. 84 overall prospect Bobby Bradley (Indians' No. 3) hit a solo homer and went 1-for-4 for the Carolina League All-Stars in a 6-4 win over the California League squad. The 20-year-old first baseman has 15 homers and 56 RBIs through 64 games for Class A Advanced Lynchburg this season. He hit a career-high 27 homers in 2015 for Class A Lake County.
• No. 89 overall prospect Reese McGuire (Pirates' No. 5) fell a homer short of a cycle. He finished 3-for-3 with a double and a triple for Double-A Altoona in its 5-2 win. The catcher has one homer this season, so completing the cycle may have been a bit of a longshot, but McGuire hadn't tripled since August 20, 2014.
• Blue Jays' No. 27 prospect Ryan McBroom has five hits in his last eight at-bats after going 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles for Class A Advanced Dunedin. The first baseman is hitting .271 through 66 games.
• Giants' No. 19 prospect Hunter Cole put together his second three-hit game in less than a week, going 3-for-5 with two RBIs and his sixth homer of the year in Double-A Richmond's 11-3 win.

• Trey Mancini (Orioles' No. 4) hit his seventh homer in 54 games with Triple-A Norfolk while going 3-for-3 with two RBIs in a loss to Lehigh Valley. Mancini has seven hits in his last 13 at-bats and is hitting .282 in his first stint at the Triple-A level.

• Malquin Canelo (Phillies' No. 12) did it all in Class A Advanced Clearwater's 14-0 win over Lakeland. The 21-year-old shortstop reached base four times, going 2-for-3 with a triple and two walks. Canelo drove in three runs and scored four runs.
• Reds' No. 10 prospect Phil Ervin made the most of his appearance in the Southern League All-Star Game with a pinch-hit grand slam in the fifth inning. He finished the game 1-for-2 for the South in its 5-1 win over the North squad. The 23-year-old outfielder hit a career-high 14 homers last year and has six through 58 games for Double-A Pensacola.
"I just didn't want to put the ball on the ground for a double play," Ervin told MiLB.com. "It was exciting and it was a feeling, though, to see the home run, especially in front of my mom, dad and girlfriend. Anytime you can do something like that in an All-Star Game it's definitely a great feeling."

• Taylor Sparks (Reds' No. 19) hit a trio of doubles for Class A Advanced Daytona in a 3-for-4 performance in a 4-3 loss to Tampa.
