D-backs, Paul Goldschmidt and FOX Sports Arizona team up to raise money for Phoenix Children's Hospital

PHOENIX - The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation has teamed up with FOX Sports Arizona tomorrow night to help raise money for Phoenix Children's Hospital throughout the entire broadcast. Fans who call into the broadcast hotline at 602.462.3899 and make at least a $44 donation will receive a limited-edition Paul Goldschmidt keepsake print and two lower-level tickets to a 2013 D-backs home game.

Phone lines open during the pregame show starting at 6 p.m. and will remain open until the prints are gone or until the end of the post-game show. Only 2,500 limited-edition Goldschmidt prints are available, however, donations will be accepted at any time. The special keepsake print highlights Goldschmidt as a member of the 2013 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. In addition, 15 lucky fans will win Paul Goldschmidt autographed memorabilia -- and one lucky fan will win a Meet and Greet with Paul Goldschmidt.

Goldschmidt and his wife, Amy, frequently visit patients and families at Phoenix Children's Hospital, an organization close to their heart. The Goldschmidts visited Phoenix Children's Hospital last week to help bring awareness to Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (September) and during tomorrow's game telecast, Jake Harvey will join Steve Berthiaume and Bob Brenly in the booth to talk about the support he received from the Goldschmidts while he was a patient at Phoenix Children's Hospital undergoing treatment for leukemia.

For 12 years, FOX Sports Arizona has been a partner of the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, raising funds for important charitable causes. In just the last three years, the FOX Sports Arizona broadcast fundraiser with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation has generated $281,000 for the community.
