D-backs to host statewide scavenger hunt via twitter for golden Gerardo Parra bobbleheads

PHOENIX - The Arizona Diamondbacks announced that the team will host a statewide scavenger hunt from Aug. 2-9 to find 64 limited-edition golden Gerardo Parra bobbleheads, presented by freecreditscore.com. In addition, fans will have many opportunities to score great D-backs prizes on #iScored Saturday, Aug. 11.

Starting Aug. 2, the D-backs will give away eight limited-edition golden Parra bobbleheads each day for eight straight days at locations across the state of Arizona. At each location, one lucky D-backs fan will receive a golden ticket good for two people to enjoy a meet and greet with Parra prior to the game on #iScored Saturday.
Fans must follow the D-backs on Twitter (@Dbacks or @LosDbacks) for clues on how to track down the golden bobbleheads at each of the eight locations listed at www.dbacks.com/iscored and in Spanish at www.losdbacks.com/iscored. The first eight fans to arrive will receive the limited-edition golden bobblehead. A D-backs representative will be on hand for two hours after the first clue is tweeted and each fan that shows up during the two-hour span will receive two free tickets and a chance to throw out the first pitch at #iScored Saturday, presented by freecreditscore.com.
The D-backs will create #iScored moments for fans at the game on Aug. 11 by giving away 10 autographed golden Parra bobbleheads, random seat upgrades and a chance for four fans to win the opportunity to watch batting practice from the field. In addition, freecreditscore.com will give away t-shirts, sunglasses, water bottles and water misters to create more #iScored moments.
As fans enter the stadium, the D-backs will give away 20,000 Parra bobbleheads, presented by freecreditscore.com, when the D-backs host the Washington Nationals on #iScored Saturday. Parra was selected as the winner of the Fan Vote Bobblehead contest conducted earlier this season. The bobblehead honors Parra for his 2011 Rawlings Gold Glove performance.
