Goldschmidt could display his power or reach base often when he faces southpaw Clayton Richard (career 5.75 ERA, 1.97 WHIP) and a Padres bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.49 ERA.

Welington Castillo: As a big leaguer, the catcher has registered a .213 ISO against left-handers that exceeds his .148 mark vs. righties. Castillo could provide production at a premium position when he tangles with the left-handed Richard and an unreliable Padres bullpen.

Robinson Canó: From the No. 3 spot in the lineup, the second baseman could post a substantial DraftKings total when he brings his impressive lifetime .891 OPS against right-handers (.775 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Wily Peralta (career 4.28 ERA, 1.43 WHIP) and a Brewers bullpen that lacks reliable options after trading away Jeremy Jeffress and Will Smith at the non-waiver Trade Deadline.
Kyle Seager: From the heart of a Mariners lineup that ranks seventh in baseball with a .764 OPS against right-handers, the third baseman could drive in multiple runs against Peralta (6.00 ERA, 1.74 WHIP in 2016) and an unsettled Brewers bullpen. In his career, Seager has produced a 129 wRC+ against righties in comparison to a 98 mark vs. southpaws.
Devon Travis: With an overall .333/.342/.542 slash line in August, the second baseman will bring a hot bat and a lifetime .854 OPS against right-handers (.770 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Indians fly-ball-prone righty Josh Tomlin (4.14 ERA in 2016).
Edwin Encarnacion: With 34 homers and 100 RBIs across 450 at-bats, the first baseman has been arguably the most powerful player in baseball this season. Encarnacion will be in prime position to put another ball into the outfield seats when he meets up with Tomlin (1.9 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Brandon Phillips: In his career, the veteran second baseman has produced a .791 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .722 mark vs. righties. Phillips could excel in a matchup against Dodgers lefty Brett Anderson, who allowed five runs across one inning in his only start this season.
Eugenio Suárez: With 19 homers, 59 RBIs and eight steals across 463 plate appearances this season, the third baseman has the diverse skill set to impact DraftKings contests in multiple ways when he faces the left-handed Anderson (career 1.30 WHIP). This season, Suarez has produced a .934 OPS against left-handers in comparison to a .667 mark vs. righties.
Brian McCann: With a lifetime .818 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .751 mark vs. lefties, the catcher will be poised to provide production at a premium position when he tangles with righty Ricky Nolasco (5.13 ERA, 1.35 WHIP in 2016) and an Angels bullpen that will work without injured anchors Huston Street and Cam Bedrosian.

Daniel Murphy: Hitting .344 with 22 homers and 87 RBIs across 427 at-bats, the second baseman is in the midst of a career year. Murphy could continue his productive campaign when brings his lifetime 121 wRC+ against right-handers (94 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Braves rookie righty Tyrell Jenkins (4.89 ERA, 1.61 WHIP).
Bryce Harper: Hitting .193 since the All-Star break, the outfielder could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he brings his impressive lifetime .941 OPS against right-handers (.778 vs. lefties) into a matchup against the inexperienced righty Jenkins (46 innings).
Chris Davis: The left-handed-hitting first baseman will be in prime position to put a ball into the outfield seats when he brings his lifetime .265 ISO against right-handers (.212 vs. lefties) into a matchup at his hitter-friendly home park against Astros righty Mike Fiers (4.66 ERA, 1.35 WHIP in 2016). Also working in Davis' favor: Camden Yards has proven to be especially power-inducing for southpaw sluggers.
Jonathan Schoop: With a lifetime .762 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .604 mark vs. lefties, the second baseman could provide power at a premium position by hitting his 19th homer of the season when he bats at his offense-inducing home park against the right-handed Fiers (4.74 FIP in 2016).
Brad Miller: With 25 homers across 400 at-bats, the shortstop has been one of the most powerful players at his premium position this season. Miller will be in an excellent spot to rip a round-tripper when he brings his lifetime .205 ISO against right-handers (.094 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Rangers righty A.J. Griffin (4.68 ERA, 1.8 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Max Scherzer: With a 2.95 ERA, a 1.00 WHIP and a 10.6 K/9 rate since the outset of 2013, the right-hander has the skills to post a substantial DraftKings total when he works at pitcher-friendly Turner Field against a Braves lineup that ranks last in baseball in ISO vs. righties (.126) and total home runs (81). Scherzer's quest for a win may be well-supported by a Nats bullpen that leads the Majors with a 3.10 ERA.
Matt Moore: Having posted a 2.76 ERA across his past nine starts, the left-hander is in fine form heading into a matchup at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Mets lineup that ranks 29th in the Majors with 457 runs scored.
Brandon Finnegan: With a 4.54 ERA and a 1.42 WHIP this season, the left-hander could have a reasonable price tag in DraftKings contests when he faces a Dodgers lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .669 OPS against southpaws.
