Domingo Santana: Santana has produced lopsided splits this season, with a .999 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .728 mark vs. righties. The outfielder could thrive against the left-handed Perez (4.14 ERA, 1.38 WHIP in 2016), who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters such as Santana to post a .765 OPS (.631 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Matt Carpenter: Hitting leadoff, Carpenter may maximize his opportunities to reach base or display his power when he brings his lifetime .374 wOBA against right-handers (.338 vs. lefties) into a matchup with rookie righty Tim Adleman (4.06 ERA) and a Reds relief corps that ranks 28th in baseball with a 5.03 ERA.
Brandon Moss: With 27 homers across 437 plate appearances, the outfielder has quietly been an excellent power source for DraftKings participants this season. Moss could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .232 ISO against right-handers (.153 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the rookie righty Adleman (5.93 FIP) and an unreliable Reds bullpen.
Randal Grichuk: Having compiled 11 homers across 153 plate appearances since Aug. 11, the outfielder has been a major contributor to many recent DraftKings squads. Grichuk could continue his solid stretch run when he takes his lifetime .816 OPS against right-handers (.789 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the inexperienced righty Adleman (57 2/3 innings) and a shaky Reds relief corps.
Brad Miller:  Eligible at first base and shortstop in DraftKings contests, Miller could enter lineups in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime .207 ISO against right-handers (.096 vs. lefties) into a matchup with White Sox fly-ball-prone righty James Shields (5.98 ERA, 2.0 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Corey Dickerson: Although he is hitting .248, the outfielder has contributed to many DraftKings squads this season by compiling 23 homers across 513 plate appearances. Dickerson could display his power when he takes his solid lifetime .890 OPS against right-handers (.655 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the homer-prone righty Shields (1.7 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015).
Stephen Vogt: The catcher could provide production at a premium position when he takes his lifetime .756 OPS against right-handers (.619 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Angels fly-ball-prone righty Jered Weaver (5.20 ERA, 1.9 HR/9 rate in 2016).
Khris Davis: With 40 homers across 581 plate appearances, the outfielder has made major strides with his power stroke this season. Davis will be in prime position to put another ball into the outfield seats when he faces the homer-prone Weaver (1.7 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015).
Robinson Canó: Hitting .297 with 33 homers and 92 RBIs across 678 plate appearances, the veteran second baseman continues to be one of the most productive players at his premium position. Cano could post a substantial DraftKings total when he brings his lofty lifetime .888 OPS against right-handers (.780 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Astros righty Collin McHugh (4.61 ERA, 1.45 WHIP in 2016).
Kyle Seager: With 29 homers and 96 RBIs across 639 plate appearances, the third baseman has quietly been one of the most powerful players in the American League this season. Seager could display his power when he takes his lifetime 129 wRC+ against right-handers (100 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed McHugh (career 4.21 ERA, 1.30 WHIP).
Todd Frazier: The third baseman has produced an .833 career OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .765 mark vs. righties. Frazier could rip his 40th round-tripper of the season against Rays fly-ball-prone southpaw Drew Smyly (4.86 ERA, 1.7 HR/9 rate in 2016).

José Abreu: Hitting .299 with 25 homers and 97 RBIs across 662 plate appearances, the first baseman continues to be one of the most reliable hitters in baseball. Abreu could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he faces Smyly, who has registered a 1.6 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015.
Hisashi Iwakuma: With a 3.66 ERA across his past 10 starts, the right-hander has been a major part of the Mariners' postseason push. Iwakuma could compile six-plus effective innings and pick up plenty of punchouts when he faces an Astros lineup that ranks fourth in the Majors with 1,398 total strikeouts.
Bartolo Colon: Having posted a 3.12 ERA, the right-hander continues to be one of the most reliable pitchers in the National League. Colon could continue to limit the opposition when he faces a Marlins lineup that ranks 24th in the Majors with a .716 OPS against righties.
J.A. Happ: With a 20-4 record and a 3.28 ERA, the left-hander has been one of this season's breakout performers. Happ has the opportunity to spin a gem when he faces a Yankees lineup that ranks 24th in baseball in OPS vs. lefties (.701) and 28th in OPS on the road (.687).
