Jake Lamb: In his breakout 2016 season, the third baseman has registered a .909 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .658 mark vs. lefties. Lamb could add to his impressive 2016 totals of 28 homers and 88 RBIs across 486 at-bats when he faces the right-handed Clemens (career 5.31 ERA, 1.57 WHIP) and a Padres bullpen that ranks 24th in baseball with a 4.24 ERA.
Eric Hosmer: The first baseman is a prime candidate to put a ball into the outfield seats when he brings his lifetime .805 OPS against right-handers (.686 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Indians fly-ball-prone righty Josh Tomlin (4.75 ERA, 2.1 HR/9 rate in 2016).
Kendrys Morales: The slugger has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he owns a lifetime .814 OPS (.753 vs. lefties). Morales could rip his 29th round-tripper of the season or drive in multiple runs when he tangles with the homer-prone righty Tomlin (career 1.6 HR/9 rate).

Adam Eaton: From a premium lineup spot, the outfielder could reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .791 OPS against right-handers (.710 vs. lefties) into a matchup at hitter-friendly Citizens Bank Park against rookie righty Jake Thompson (5.64 ERA, 1.48 WHIP). Eaton could also have success late in the game vs. a Phillies bullpen that ranks 25th in baseball with a 4.53 ERA.
Brad Miller: Eligible at first base and shortstop, Miller could enter DraftKings lineups in multiple ways when he brings his lifetime .201 ISO against right-handers (.095 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Yankees righty Michael Pineda (4.94 ERA, 1.35 WHIP in 2016).
Ryan Braun: Hitting .308 with 30 homers and 15 steals across 531 plate appearances, the outfielder continues to be one of the most productive players in baseball. Braun could have an excellent game when he brings his lofty lifetime .335/.404/.624 slash line against left-handers into a matchup with Pirates rookie southpaw Steven Brault (4.50 FIP, 1.66 WHIP).

Jonathan Villar: With a .286 batting average and 56 steals across 626 plate appearances, the third baseman is putting the finishing touches on a breakout season. Villar has the plate skills to reach base often against the inexperienced Brault (27 2/3 innings) and the speed to swipe a base against Francisco Cervelli, who has allowed more steals than any other catcher since the outset of 2015.
Stephen Piscotty: With a lifetime .316/.404/.565 slash line against left-handers, Piscotty is quickly becoming one of the best in baseball during those matchups. The outfielder could thrive against Rockies lefty Jorge De La Rosa (5.22 ERA, 1.62 WHIP in 2016), who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters such as Piscotty to post a .799 OPS (.654 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Miguel Cabrera: The first baseman could hit his 34th homer of the season or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lofty lifetime .317/.429/.559 slash line against left-handers into a matchup with southpaw Héctor Santiago (4.65 ERA, 1.38 WHIP in 2016) and a Twins bullpen that ranks 26th in baseball with a 4.54 ERA.

Ryan Schimpf: With 19 homers across 246 at-bats, the second baseman is emerging as one of the most powerful players at his premium position. Schimpf could put another ball into the outfield seats when he faces righty Archie Bradley (career 5.23 ERA, 1.59 WHIP) and a D-backs bullpen that ranks last in baseball with a 5.11 ERA.
Mitch Moreland: As a big leaguer, the first baseman has produced a .202 ISO against right-handers that exceeds his .139 mark vs. lefties. Moreland could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against Angels rookie righty Daniel Wright (7.04 ERA, 1.78 WHIP).
Nomar Mazara: The second-year outfielder will be in prime position to improve on his solid .796 OPS against right-handers (.562 vs. lefties) when he tangles with the inexperienced righty Wright (23 innings) and an Angels bullpen that is working without injured anchors Huston Street and Cam Bedrosian.
Rich Hill: With a 2.06 ERA and a 0.96 WHIP, the left-hander has been one of the most effective starters in baseball this season. Hill has the skills to limit the opposition when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Giants lineup that ranks 25th in the Majors with a .142 ISO vs. southpaws.

Jon Lester: Having posted a 1.02 ERA and a 0.83 WHIP across his past nine starts, the left-hander is one of the hottest starters in baseball heading into a home matchup with a Reds lineup that ranks 25th in the Majors with a .695 OPS against southpaws.
