Jason Kipnis: From a premium lineup spot, the second baseman could reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime 126 wRC+ against right-handers (90 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Angels righty Jered Weaver (5.19 ERA, 1.47 WHIP in 2016).

Tyler Naquin: The rookie outfielder could improve on his impressive lifetime .318/.380/.605 slash line against right-handers when he tangles with the fly-ball-prone righty Weaver, who has logged a 1.8 HR/9 rate this season.
Ryan Braun: With a lifetime .337/.406/.623 slash line against left-handers, the outfielder has proved to wield a potent bat during those matchups. Braun could put a ball into the outfield seats or reach base often when he faces Reds rookie lefty Cody Reed (6.36 ERA, 1.67 WHIP) and a Cincinnati relief corps that ranks last in baseball with a 5.10 ERA.
Jonathan Villar: Having posted a .328 batting average against left-handers this season, the third baseman has the skills to reach base often against the inexperienced southpaw Reed (5.62 FIP) and an unreliable Reds relief corps. Villar could also swipe his 47th base of the season at the expense of Tucker Barnhart, who has allowed more steals than any other catcher in 2016.
Joey Votto: With a .442/.550/.663 slash line in the season's second half, the first baseman will bring a hot bat and a lofty lifetime .315/.435/.545 slash line against right-handers into a matchup with Brewers righty Wily Peralta (6.38 ERA, 1.82 WHIP in 2016).
Billy Hamilton: Hitting leadoff, the outfielder could reach base often when he brings his balanced career splits into a matchup with Peralta (career 4.30 ERA, 1.44 WHIP) and a Brewers squad that lacks reliable options after trading relievers Jeremy Jeffress and Will Smith in late July. With 29 steals across 112 plate appearances since the All-Star break, Hamilton has been a major factor in many recent DraftKings contests.
Robinson Canó: Much of Cano's impressive career can be traced to his lifetime .890 OPS against right-handers (.776 vs. lefties). From the No. 3 spot in the lineup, the second baseman could produce a substantial DraftKings total when he faces A's rookie righty Zach Neal (4.60 ERA).
Seth Smith: The outfielder owns notable career splits, with a 122 wRC+ against right-handers compared to a 60 mark vs. lefties. Smith could excel in a matchup against the inexperienced righty Neal (4.70 FIP) and an A's squad that ranks 22nd in the Majors with a .696 defensive efficiency ratio.
Kyle Seager: From the heart of a Mariners lineup that ranks sixth in the Majors with a .765 OPS against righties, the third baseman could drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .355 wOBA against right-handers (.307 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Neal and an unreliable A's bullpen.
Wilmer Flores: The third baseman could be a cost-effective option for DraftKings participants when he brings his lifetime .788 OPS against left-handers (.652 vs. righties) into a matchup with southpaw Clayton Richard (career 4.34 ERA, 1.41 WHIP) and a Padres relief corps that ranks 23rd in baseball with a 4.25 ERA.
Buster Posey: With a lifetime .325/.388/.557 slash line against left-handers, the catcher has proved to be one of the best in baseball during those matchups. Posey could provide outstanding production at a premium position when he faces Orioles southpaw Wade Miley (4.98 ERA, 1.37 WHIP in 2016).
Odúbel Herrera: As a big leaguer, the outfielder has produced an .814 OPS against right-handers compared to a .650 mark vs. lefties. Hitting .284 with 12 homers and 19 steals across 485 plate appearances, Herrera has the skills to produce in multiple ways against righty Tyler Chatwood (career 4.14 ERA, 1.50 WHIP) and a Rockies relief corps that ranks 28th in baseball with a 4.89 ERA.
Daniel Murphy: With a .348 batting average, 21 homers and 82 RBIs across 408 at-bats, Murphy is in the midst of a career year. The second baseman could drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .808 OPS against right-handers (.705 vs. lefties) into a matchup Braves rookie righty Tyrell Jenkins (6.40 FIP, 1.57 WHIP).
Corey Seager: The second-year shortstop will be in prime position to improve on his impressive lifetime .330/.388/.570 slash line against right-handers when he tangles with Pirates rookie righty Chad Kuhl (4.00 FIP, 1.30 WHIP)
Héctor Santiago: Having posted a 6.97 ERA across his initial two starts as a member of the Twins, the left-hander could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he faces a Royals lineup that ranks 24th in the Majors in ISO vs. lefties (.149) and 27th in total home runs (96).
Tom Koehler: With a 0.67 ERA and a 0.67 WHIP across his past four starts, the right-hander is on a roll heading into a matchup at his pitcher-friendly home park against a White Sox lineup that ranks 23rd in the Majors in OPS vs. righties (.705) and will have to work without the DH position at a National League venue.
Tanner Roark: With a 2.88 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP, the right-hander has been a cost-effective member of many 2016 DraftKings squads. Roark could continue to limit the opposition when he works at home against a Braves lineup that ranks 29th in the Majors in ISO vs. righties (.126) and last in total home runs (78).
