Francisco Lindor: Since debuting on June 14, 2015, Lindor has posted a difference-making .335/.381/.516 slash line against left-handers. Hitting third in the Indians' lineup, the shortstop could contribute in multiple ways when he faces the southpaw Lamb (career 4.16 FIP) and an unreliable Reds relief corps.
Gregory Polanco: The outfielder has produced pronounced career splits, with a .763 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .532 mark vs. lefties. Polanco has the plate skills to thrive against Braves righty Williams Perez (career 4.60 ERA, 1.49 WHIP) and the speed to swipe a base against A.J. Pierzynski, who has allowed more steals than all but two catchers this season.
John Jaso: Hitting leadoff, the first baseman may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs at the expense of the righty Perez (career 4.85 FIP) and a Braves bullpen that ranks 28th in the Majors with a 4.77 ERA. In his career, Perez has allowed left-handed hitters such as Jaso to produce an .860 OPS (.704 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Jung Ho Kang: With balanced career splits, the second-year infielder will be in perfect position to excel against Perez and an unreliable Braves bullpen. Kang could be part of a productive lineup, as the Bucs, as a group, are tied for seventh in the Majors with a .762 OPS against right-handed pitching.
Aaron Hicks: Hicks has traditionally fared best vs. left-handers, against whom he has posted a lifetime .768 OPS (.601 vs. righties). The switch-hitting outfielder will bat from the right side when he faces D-backs lefty Robbie Ray (career 4.46 ERA, 1.49 WHIP), who in his career has allowed right-handed batters to post an .813 OPS (.748 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Jake Lamb: The third baseman has registered notable career splits, with a .759 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .527 mark vs. lefties. Lamb could have a productive game when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against Yankees righty Chad Green, who will be making his Major League debut.
Miguel Cabrera: The first baseman has used a patient, powerful approach to produce a lofty lifetime .322/.389/.561 slash line against right-handers. Cabrera could post a difference-making total in DraftKings contests when he tangles with Twins rookie righty Jose Berrios, who has logged a 6.28 ERA and a 1.74 WHIP across his initial three big league starts.
Adrian Beltre: Since joining the Rangers at the outset of the 2011 season, the third baseman has posted a .314/.386/.540 slash line against left-handers. Beltre could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he faces A's rookie southpaw Sean Manaea, who has posted an 11.37 ERA and a 2.05 WHIP across his initial three starts in the Major Leagues.
Elvis Andrus: With a lifetime .722 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .664 mark vs. righties, Andrus could provide production at a premium position when he bats against the inexperienced southpaw Manaea. Also of note: Andrus will put balls into play against an A's squad that ranks 22nd in the Majors with a .692 defensive efficiency ratio.
Joc Pederson: In his career, Pederson has gone deep 25 times across 470 at-bats against right-handers. The outfielder will be in perfect position to rip a round-tripper when he faces Angels fly-ball-prone righty Matt Shoemaker (career 4.13 ERA, 1.3 HR/9 rate).
Corey Seager: Since debuting on Sept. 3, 2015, the shortstop has posted an impressive .306/.376/.488 slash line against right-handers. Hitting second in the Dodgers' lineup, Seager could go deep or score multiple runs at the expense of the homer-prone righty Shoemaker.
Adrian Gonzalez: The first baseman has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has posted a lifetime .900 OPS (.770 vs. lefties). From the heart of the Dodgers' lineup, Gonzalez could produce a notable total in DraftKings contests when he tangles with the right-handed Shoemaker (1.7 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015).
Kenta Maeda: With a 2.30 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP, the right-hander is having an outstanding debut season. Maeda could spin a gem when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against an Angels lineup that sits 22nd in the Majors with a .696 OPS against righties.
Derek Holland: Having produced a 6.09 ERA and a 1.56 WHIP this season, the left-hander could have a reduced cost in DraftKings contests when he vacates his hitter-friendly home park and works at offense-suppressing Oakland Coliseum against an A's lineup that ranks 25th in the Majors with a .647 OPS against southpaws.
Adam Conley: With a 3.75 ERA since debuting on June 10, 2015, the left-hander has emerged as a solid second-starter option for DraftKings participants. Conley could have a stellar start when he faces a Phillies lineup that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .626 OPS against southpaws.
Jonathon Niese: With a 5.63 ERA and a 1.60 WHIP this season, Niese could be a cost-effective second starter in DraftKings contests when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Braves lineup that ranks last in the Majors in both OPS against southpaws (.528) and total home runs (nine).
