Odubel Herrera: With a 29-to-27 walk-to-strikeout ratio this season, the outfielder is making notable strides with his plate skills. Having produced a lifetime .822 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .737 mark vs. lefties, Herrera could excel in a matchup at his hitter-friendly home park against Marlins righty Tom Koehler (5.14 ERA, 1.66 WHIP in 2016).
Miguel Cabrera: The first baseman has used a patient, powerful approach to log a lofty lifetime .322/.389/.561 slash line against right-handers. Cabrera could post a difference-making total in DraftKings contests when he bats from the heart of the Tigers talented lineup against righty Ricky Nolasco, who has a 5.50 ERA and a 1.48 WHIP since joining the Twins in 2014. Also working in Cabrera's favor: Minnesota ranks last in baseball with a .666 defensive efficiency ratio.
Corey Dickerson: The outfielder has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he owns a lifetime .924 OPS (.619 vs. lefties). Dickerson could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he bats at hitter-friendly Rogers Centre against righty R.A. Dickey (4.31 ERA, 1.33 WHIP in 2016).
Francisco Lindor: The second-year shortstop has registered an impressive career .341/.385/.524 slash line against left-handers. Hitting third in the Indians' lineup, Lindor could provide production at a premium position when he faces southpaw Brandon Finnegan (4.40 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 2016) at offense-inducing Great American Ball Park.
Mike Napoli: With seven homers, 24 RBIs and 22 runs across 140 plate appearances, the first baseman has been a cost-effective option in many 2016 DraftKings contests. Napoli could display his power when he brings his lifetime .913 OPS against left-handers (.804 vs. righties) into a matchup with the southpaw Finnegan at Cincy's hitter-friendly venue.
Adam Eaton: Hitting leadoff, Eaton may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs at the expense of Astros right-hander Doug Fister (4.20 ERA, 1.35 WHIP since the outset of 2015). He could also swipe a bag against catcher Jason Castro, who has thwarted just three of 18 would-be basestealers in 2016.
Colby Rasmus: As a big leaguer, the outfielder has registered a .787 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .675 mark vs. southpaws. Carlos Gonzalez: The outfielder has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he owns a lifetime .931 OPS (.735 vs. lefties). Gonzalez could drive in multiple runs when he faces Cardinals righty Adam Wainwright, who has posted a 6.80 ERA and a 1.60 WHIP this season.
Brian McCann: With 31 homers since the outset of 2015, the Yankees catcher is arguably the most powerful player at his premium defensive position. McCann could rip a round-tripper or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .826 OPS against right-handers (.751 vs. lefties) into a matchup with D-backs righty Shelby Miller (6.94 ERA, 1.74 WHIP in 2016) at homer-happy Chase Field.
Martin Perez: With a 3.23 ERA this season, Perez could be a useful second starter in DraftKings contests when he vacates his hitter-friendly home park and works at offense-suppressing Oakland Coliseum against an A's lineup that ranks 26th in the Majors with a .657 OPS against southpaws.
Johnny Cueto: With a 2.97 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP since joining the Giants at the outset of this season, Cueto has bounced back from a rough finish to 2015. The right-hander will be in position to spin a gem when he works at pitcher-friendly Petco Park against a Padres lineup that ranks 29th in baseball with a .637 OPS against righties.
Francisco Liriano: Since joining the Pirates at the outset of 2013, the left-hander has produced an impressive 3.39 ERA. Liriano could post a notable total in DraftKings contests when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Braves lineup that ranks last in the Majors in OPS against lefties (.547) and total home runs (11). Also of note: Atlanta ranks last in baseball with a 9-28 record.
