Brian Dozier: With a lifetime .839 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .682 mark vs. righties, the second baseman could succeed at the expense of Angels southpaw Hector Santiago (5.64 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 2016). In his career, Santiago has allowed right-handed hitters such as Dozier to post a .759 OPS (.634 OPS allowed to lefty batters).

Adam Eaton: From a premium lineup spot, the outfielder may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs when he takes his lifetime .771 OPS against right-handers (.727 vs. lefties) into a matchup at his hitter-friendly home park against righty Mike Pelfrey (career 4.53 ERA, 1.49 WHIP) and a Tigers bullpen that ranks 25th in the Majors with a 4.29 ERA.

Danny Valencia: Hitting .338 with 10 homers across 160 at-bats, the third baseman has made a major impact in many 2016 DraftKings contests. Valencia could excel when he brings his lifetime .890 OPS against left-handers (.680 vs. righties) into a matchup with southpaw Derek Holland (career 4.32 ERA, 1.32 WHIP) and a Rangers relief corps that ranks 29th in the Majors with a 4.99 ERA.
Carlos Gonzalez: As a big leaguer, the outfielder has fared best when facing right-handers (.304/.368/.566) and at his hitter-friendly home park (.330/.390/.624). CarGo could produce a substantial DraftKings total when he hits at home against Yankees righty Ivan Nova (career 4.34 ERA, 1.38 WHIP).
Charlie Blackmon: Hitting leadoff, the outfielder may reach base often and score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .794 OPS against right-handers (.742 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Nova. Blackmon could also swipe a base against Brian McCann, who has allowed more steals than all but six catchers in 2016.
Nick Hundley: Since joining the Rockies at the outset of 2015, the catcher has posted an .830 OPS against right-handers (.729 vs. lefties) and a .921 OPS at home (.677 on the road). Hundley could provide production at a premium position when he hits at Coors Field against the right-handed Nova (4.39 ERA in 2016).
Didi Gregorius: The shortstop could provide cost-effective production at a premium position when he brings his lifetime .714 OPS against right-handers (.593 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Chad Bettis (career 5.40 ERA, 1.54 WHIP) at offense-inducing Coors Field. Gregorius could also thrive late in the game against a Rockies relief corps that ranks 21st in the Majors with a 4.13 ERA.

Brian McCann: One of the most powerful players at his premium position, McCann will be in prime position to go deep when he takes his lifetime .821 OPS against right-handers (.752 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Bettis (5.85 ERA, 1.48 WHIP in 2016) at Colorado's hitter-friendly venue.
David Ortiz: Much of the slugger's legendary lifetime track record stems from his .295/.398/.583 slash line against right-handers. On Wednesday, Ortiz could put a ball into the outfield seats when he faces Orioles righty Kevin Gausman (career 4.08 ERA, 1.27 WHIP).
Mookie Betts: With 14 homers, 11 steals, 47 RBIs and 58 runs across 295 plate appearances, the outfielder has been among the most productive hitters in baseball this season. From his perch atop a lineup that leads the Majors with an .841 OPS against right-handers, Betts could contribute to DraftKings squads in multiple ways when he faces Gausman.
Travis Shaw: The second-year third baseman will be in position to improve on his lifetime .269/.338/.457 slash line against right-handers when he hits at home against the right-handed Gausman. Shaw could be part of a productive lineup along with Ortiz and Betts, as the Red Sox lead the Majors with 369 runs scored.
Joey Votto: The first baseman has used a patient, powerful approach to build an impressive lifetime .313/.431/.544 slash line against right-handers. Votto could reach base often or score multiple runs when he faces righty Bud Norris (4.75 ERA, 1.47 WHIP in 2016) and a Braves bullpen that ranks 27th in the Majors with a 4.69 ERA.

Jay Bruce: The outfielder has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has a lifetime .815 OPS (.723 vs. lefties). On Wednesday, Bruce could have a great game when he faces the right-handed Norris (career 4.46 ERA, 1.40 WHIP) and an unreliable Braves bullpen. Also of note: Norris has allowed left-handed hitters such as Bruce to post a career .814 OPS (.708 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Clayton Kershaw: Having produced a 1.86 ERA, a 0.85 WHIP and a 10.5 K/9 rate since the outset of 2013, the left-hander has left little doubt that he is the most dominant starter in baseball. Kershaw could compile six-plus effective innings and a win when he faces the D-backs in a seemingly advantageous matchup with Patrick Corbin (4.81 ERA in 2016).
Anthony DeSclafani: With a lifetime 4.31 ERA, the right-hander could have a reasonable cost in DraftKings contests when he vacates his offense-inducing home park and works at pitcher-friendly Turner Field against a Braves lineup that ranks last in the Majors in OPS vs. righties (.641) and total home runs (27).
Corey Kluber: With a 3.06 ERA, a 1.07 WHIP and a 9.9 K/9 rate since the outset of 2014, the right-hander has the skills to spin a gem when he works at pitcher-friendly Kauffman Stadium against a Royals lineup that ranks 19th in baseball with a .718 OPS against righties and last in the American League with 55 total home runs.

Marco Estrada: Having posted a 2.96 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP since joining the Blue Jays at the outset of 2015, the right-hander has emerged as one of the most reliable starters in the American League. On Wednesday -- when he works in front of a Blue Jays squad that ranks fourth in baseball with a .710 defensive efficiency ratio -- Estrada could thrive against a Phillies lineup that sits 28th in the Majors with a .664 OPS against righties.
