Josh Donaldson: Since joining the Blue Jays at the outset of 2015, the third baseman has posted a game-changing .314/.410/.648 slash line against left-handers. Set to bat at hitter-friendly Yankee Stadium, Donaldson could go deep or score multiple runs when he hits out of the No. 2 spot in the lineup against lefty CC Sabathia (1.40 WHIP in 2016).

Edwin Encarnacion: Since the outset of 2012, Encarnacion has produced a .275/.384/.542 slash line against left-handers. The first baseman could thrive at offense-inducing Yankee Stadium against the southpaw Sabathia, who since the beginning of 2013 has allowed right-handed batters such as Encarnacion to post an .829 OPS (.612 OPS allowed to lefty hitters).

Troy Tulowitzki: The right-handed hitting shortstop has long fared best vs. left-handers, against whom he has logged a lifetime .941 OPS (.845 vs. righties). Tulowitzki could hit his ninth homer of the season at the expense of the left-handed Sabathia (4.71 ERA since the outset of 2013).
Russell Martin: Hitting .172 with zero homers this season, the catcher could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he brings his lifetime .797 OPS against left-handers (.733 vs. righties) into a matchup against the southpaw Sabathia at New York's hitter-friendly venue.
Todd Frazier: With a lifetime .832 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .773 mark vs. righties, Frazier -- who has compiled 14 homers and 34 RBIs across 173 at-bats this season -- could drive in multiple runs when he faces Royals lefty Danny Duffy (career 4.09 FIP, 1.35 WHIP). As a big leaguer, Duffy has allowed right-handed batters such as Frazier to post a .763 OPS (.577 OPS allowed to lefty hitters).

David Ortiz: During his accomplished career, the slugger has excelled against right-handers to the tune of a .294/.397/.582 slash line. Hitting .333 with 11 homers and 41 RBIs across 156 at-bats this season, Ortiz will be ready to post a game-changing total in DraftKings contests when he faces Rockies righty Jon Gray (career 6.07 ERA, 1.51 WHIP).
Travis Shaw: The third baseman will be in prime position to improve on his lifetime .283/.357/.486 slash line against right-handers when he tangles with the righty Gray (6.75 ERA in 2016). Shaw could also thrive late in the game against a Rockies relief corps that ranks 21st in baseball with a 4.03 ERA.
Mookie Betts: With nine homers, eight steals, 34 RBIs and 40 runs across 215 plate appearances, the outfielder has been one of the most productive offensive players in baseball this season. Hitting leadoff, Betts may maximize his opportunities to excel against Gray and an unreliable Rockies bullpen. Also of note: Betts will put balls into play against a Rockies squad that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .677 defensive efficiency ratio.

Carlos Gonzalez: As a big leaguer, the outfielder has posted a .927 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .733 mark vs. lefties. Gonzalez could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he faces Red Sox righty Clay Buchholz, who has logged a 5.92 ERA and a 1.47 WHIP this season.
Gerardo Parra: The outfielder has produced pronounced career splits, with a .763 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .613 mark vs. lefties. Parra could be part of a Rockies stack -- including outfielders Gonzalez and Charlie Blackmon -- against the right-handed Buchholz (5.43 FIP in 2016).
Eric Hosmer: Since the outset of 2015, the first baseman has registered a lofty .322/.390/.514 slash line against right-handers. From the heart of the lineup, Hosmer could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he tangles with White Sox righty Miguel Gonzalez (career 4.68 FIP, 1.30 WHIP, 1.3 HR/9 rate).
Jarrod Dyson: The speedy outfielder owns a lifetime .689 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .540 mark vs. lefties. Dyson could reach base often against the righty Gonzalez or swipe a base against either Dioner Navarro or Alex Avila. The White Sox's catching tandem has combined to thwart just six of 32 would-be base stealers this season.

Scooter Gennett: Gennett owns some of the most lopsided lifetime splits in baseball, with a .788 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .354 mark vs. lefties. The second baseman could excel against Braves righty Matt Wisler, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Gennett to post an .857 OPS (.643 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Kevin Gausman: Having produced a 2.70 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP, the right-hander has taken a step forward this season. Gausman could compile six-plus effective innings and a handful of whiffs when he faces an Astros squad that has struck out more times (456) than any other team in baseball.

Gerrit Cole: With a 2.63 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP since the outset of 2015, the right-hander has emerged as one of the most effective starters in the Senior Circuit. Cole could be a solid No. 1 starter in DraftKings contests when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against the D-backs.
Jose Fernandez: With an astonishing lifetime 2.50 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 10.9 K/9 rate, Fernandez has the skills to spin a gem when he faces the Rays at pitcher-friendly Tropicana Field.
