Travis Shaw:  The third baseman will be in a great position to improve on his lifetime .281/.352/.482 slash line against right-handers when he faces the righty Wright (5.05 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 2016) at Baltimore's offense-inducing venue. In his career, Wright has allowed left-handed batters such as Shaw to post a .942 OPS (.758 OPS allowed to righty batters).

Mookie Betts:  Hitting atop a Red Sox lineup that leads the Majors in runs, Betts has compiled nine homers, eight steals, 46 runs and 35 RBIs across 241 plate appearances this season. The outfielder could contribute to DraftKings squads in multiple ways when he tangles with Wright (career 5.18 FIP) at homer-happy Camden Yards.
Chris Davis: Since the outset of 2013, the left-handed-hitting first baseman has used a patient, powerful approach to build a .259/.370/.577 slash line against right-handers. On Wednesday, Davis could go deep in his hitter-friendly home park -- Camden Yards --  when he faces righty Joe Kelly (4.76 ERA, 1.45 WHIP since joining the Red Sox in 2014).
Jonathan Schoop: With 23 homers across 483 at-bats since the outset of 2015, the second baseman has proven to be among the most powerful players at his premium position. Schoop could put a ball into the outfield seats at his offense-inducing home park when he brings his lifetime .736 OPS against right-handers (.580 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Kelly (6.30 ERA, 2.00 WHIP in 2016).
Nolan Arenado: The third baseman has long fared best when facing right-handers (career .288/.355/.523 slash line off them) and batting at his hitter-friendly home park (lifetime .306/.347/.565 slash at Coors Field). Arenado could have a terrific game when he hits in Colorado against Reds lefty John Lamb (career 6.14 ERA, 1.64 WHIP).
Ryan Raburn: Since the outset of 2015, the outfielder has registered a .990 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .723 mark vs. righties. Raburn could display his power when he bats at his homer-happy home park against the left-handed Lamb (career 4.85 FIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks last in the Majors with a 6.49 ERA.

Jose Altuve: Hitting .325 with nine homers and 15 steals across 238 plate appearances, the second baseman has arguably been baseball's top offensive player this season. Altuve could make an impact in DraftKings contests when he brings his lofty lifetime .905 OPS against left-handers (.724 vs. righties) into a matchup with D-backs southpaw Robbie Ray (career 4.45 ERA, 1.49 WHIP).
George Springer: The outfielder will be in prime position to thrive when he brings his lifetime .887 OPS against right-handers (.800 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the left-handed Ray (4.67 ERA, 1.67 WHIP in 2016). In his career, Ray has allowed right-handed batters such as Springer to post an .814 OPS (.745 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Jordy Mercer: The shortstop could be a cost-effective option at a premium position when he brings his lifetime .846 OPS against left-handers (.642 vs. righties) into a matchup with Marlins southpaw Adam Conley (4.15 ERA, 1.48 WHIP in 2016).

Danny Espinosa: Hitting .198 this season, the shortstop could have a reduced DraftKings price tag when he brings his solid lifetime .777 OPS against left-handers (.655 vs. righties) into a matchup at hitter-friendly Citizens Bank Park against southpaw Adam Morgan (career 5.05 ERA, 1.32 WHIP).
Jayson Werth: Expected to hit out of a premium lineup spot, the outfielder could display his power or reach base several times when he takes his lifetime .932 OPS against southpaws (.784 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Morgan (6.67 ERA, 1.52 WHIP in 2016) at Philadelphia's offense-inducing venue.
Brian McCann: As a big leaguer, McCann has posted an .822 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .752 mark vs. lefties. The catcher could display his power when he bats at homer-happy Rogers Centre against righty Aaron Sanchez, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as McCann to produce a .755 OPS (.457 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Max Scherzer: With a 3.05 ERA, a 1.03 WHIP and a 10.5 K/9 rate since the outset of 2013, the right-hander has the skills to post a notable DraftKings total when he faces a Phillies lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .661 OPS against righties. Once he leaves the game, Scherzer will be backed up by a Nats bullpen that ranks fourth in the Majors with a 2.69 ERA.

Felix Hernandez: With a career 3.11 ERA and a 2.86 mark this season, the right-hander will be set to spin a gem when he works at pitcher-friendly Petco Park against a Padres lineup that ranks last in the Majors with a .625 OPS against righties.
