Robinson Cano: Much of Cano's notable success can be traced to his impressive lifetime .317/.365/.526 slash line against right-handers. The second baseman is a candidate to go deep when he faces the right-handed Tomlin, who has a 1.5 HR/9 rate this season.
Jhonny Peralta: The shortstop has posted a lifetime .790 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .744 mark vs. righties. Peralta could provide production at a premium position when he bats at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park against southpaw Brandon Finnegan (career 4.82 FIP, 1.29 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks last in the Majors with a 6.55 ERA.
Stephen Piscotty: The sophomore outfielder -- hitting .316 this season -- will be in great position to improve on his lifetime .367/.457/.587 slash line against left-handers when he faces the left-handed Finnegan (5.25 FIP, 1.37 WHIP in 2016) and a suspect Reds bullpen at Cincy's offense-inducing venue.
Matt Holliday: With balanced career splits that include a .295/.401/.494 slash line against left-handers, the veteran outfielder has the plate skills to excel in a matchup at Cincy's offense-inducing home park against the southpaw Finnegan and an unreliable Reds relief corps.

Mike Trout: With a lifetime .310/.399/.570 slash line against right-handers, Trout has proven to be among the best in baseball during those matchups. The outfielder could post an impactful DraftKings total when he vacates his pitcher-friendly home park and faces righty Ivan Nova (career 4.34 ERA, 1.38 WHIP) at homer-happy Yankee Stadium.
Brian McCann: With 34 homers since the outset of 2015, the catcher is arguably the most powerful player at his premium position. The left-handed-hitting McCann is a prime candidate to go deep when he faces righty Jhoulys Chacin (career 4.07 FIP, 1.33 WHIP) at Yankee Stadium, which is especially power-inducing for lefty batters.
Didi Gregorius: The shortstop has notable career splits, with a .712 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .591 mark vs. lefties. Gregorius could provide production at a premium position when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against the righty Chacin (4.50 ERA in 2016).
Daniel Murphy: Hitting .379 this season, the second baseman has been one of the most productive players at his premium position. Murphy could put a ball into the outfield seats when he brings his lifetime .801 OPS against right-handers (.685 vs. lefties) into a matchup against White Sox righty Miguel Gonzalez (career 4.68 FIP, 1.30 WHIP) at hitter-friendly U.S. Cellular Field.
Bryce Harper: With a .314/.461/.650 slash line against right-handers since the outset of 2015, the outfielder has become one of the most dangerous hitters in baseball during those matchups. Harper could post a game-changing DraftKings total when he faces the righty Gonzalez (career 1.3 HR/9 rate) at Chicago's homer-happy venue.
Jose Bautista: Since the outset of 2010, the outfielder has posted a .265/.387/.551 slash line against right-handers and a .276/.402/.584 line at his hitter-friendly home park. Batting out of the leadoff spot, Bautista could use his combination of power and patience to contribute to DraftKings squads when he hits at home against Orioles righty Tyler Wilson (career 4.03 ERA, 1.29 WHIP).
Christian Yelich: Batting .324 with a .414 on-base percentage, the outfielder has been a notable contributor to many 2016 DraftKings squads. Hitting in the No. 3 spot in Miami's lineup, Yelich could score or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .823 OPS against right-handers (.700 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Twins righty Ervin Santana (career 4.17 ERA, 1.29 WHIP).
Derek Dietrich: The second baseman will be poised to succeed when he brings his lifetime .793 OPS against right-handers (.640 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the righty Santana, who has a 4.17 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP since joining the Twins at the outset of 2015. Dietrich could also excel against a Minnesota relief corps that ranks 25th in the Majors with a 4.33 ERA.
Justin Bour: The first baseman -- who has long fared better vs. righties (career .824 OPS) than lefties (.540 OPS) -- could thrive against the righty Santana, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Bour to post a .772 OPS (.697 OPS allowed to righty batters). Also of note: Bour will be hitting into a Minnesota defense that ranks last in the Majors with a .665 defensive efficiency ratio.
Byron Buxton: The speedy outfielder will be poised to improve on his lifetime .715 OPS against right-handers (.365 vs. lefties) when he faces righty Tom Koehler, who has a 4.50 ERA and a 1.60 WHIP this season. Buxton could also excel late in the game against a Marlins bullpen that ranks 22nd in baseball with a 4.06 ERA.
Adam Wainwright: With a 5.40 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP this season, the right-hander could have a reduced DraftKings price tag when he bring his lifetime 3.09 ERA and 1.17 WHIP into a matchup with a Reds lineup that ranks 17th in the Majors with a .718 OPS vs. righties.

Jimmy Nelson: With a 3.43 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP, the right-hander has emerged as a reliable option for DraftKings participants. Nelson is among the safest options in DraftKings contests on Thursday, when he faces a Mets lineup that ranks 16th in the Majors with a .719 OPS against righties.
