Dan Vogelbach sure knows how to make an introduction. Playing in his first game with Triple-A Tacoma since being traded from the Cubs to the Mariners on Wednesday, Seattle's new No. 15 prospect went 3-for-3 with two RBIs.
The 23-year-old wasted no time showing off his power stroke, hitting his 17th homer of the season in his first at-bat with Tacoma. After hitting that solo blast to right field in the second inning, Vogelbach followed up with an RBI double to left in the third.

The first baseman singled in the fifth and found himself just a triple shy of the cycle.
Vogelbach drew a walk in his final at-bat, however. Of course, even if he had hit one into the gap, the odds of him legging out a triple were slim considering he has just seven in 501 career games.
Although it was split across two organizations, Vogelbach has homered in each of his past two games and is eight for his last 11 at the plate in his last three contests. Overall, the first baseman is hitting .325 with 17 homers and 66 RBIs in 90 games this season.

• José Berríos continues to show why he's regarded as one of the top prospects in all of baseball (No. 15 overall). The Twins' top prospect gave up one run on three hits in eight frames for Triple-A Rochester and has allowed just one earned run over his last 14 innings. He's also struck out nine in each of his last two outings.
• Brett Phillips (No. 28 overall, Brewers' No. 2) snapped a devastating 0-for-28 slump with a first inning single for Double-A Biloxi. After getting that first hit to fall, Phillips put together the type of game people have come to expect from him, going 3-for-5 with a homer and two RBIs.
• Brent Honeywell (No. 38 overall, Rays' No. 2) turned in another dominant start for Double-A Montgomery. The 21-year-old struck out six and gave up just four hits over six scoreless innings. Honeywell has given up one earned run over his last 12 1/3 innings, a span of two starts.
• Kolby Allard (No. 76 overall, Braves' No. 4) extended his scoreless streak to 17 with five strong innings for Class A Rome. The lefty walked one, struck out four and gave up three hits.
• No. 80 overall prospect Bobby Bradley (Indians' No. 3) hit his 18th homer of the seasons for Class A Advanced Lynchburg. Bradley only went 1-for-2 in the first game of a doubleheader, but he was all over the box score as he drew a pair of walks and scored a trio of runs.
• Blue Jays' No. 1 prospect Anthony Alford provided an early spark for Class A Advanced Dunedin. Alford wasted no time extending his hitting streak to six games as he led off the game with his fourth homer of the season. The outfielder had two homers in the first 55 games this year but has two in the past three.
• Willie Calhoun (Dodgers' No. 11) extended his hitting streak to six games in a win for Double-A Tulsa. Calhoun went 3-for-5 with a homer and three RBIs in the game. The homer, Calhoun's 21st of the season, was his fourth blast in his past four games.
• Dodgers' No. 17 prospect Chase De Jong came up just short of a no-hitter, but he did manage to twirl his second complete game of the season for Double-A Tulsa. De Jong took a no-hitter into the seventh and final frame, but he gave up a leadoff single, ending the bid. The right-hander threw 61 of his 99 pitches for strikes, struck out seven and allowed one run on two hits.

• Indians' No. 16 prospect Mark Mathias extended his hitting streak to 14 games with a 3-for-4 performance for Class A Advanced Lynchburg. The second baseman hit his fourth homer of the year and drove in two, helping the Hillcats top Carolina. Mathias has raised his average 43 points during his streak and is now hitting .284.
• Rhys Hoskins (Phillies' No. 19) has homered in each of his past three games for Double-A Reading. Hoskins went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and his 28th homer of the year. The 23-year-old has already set a career high in homers and is also just two RBIs shy of 90, the personal best he set in 2015.

• Phillies' No. 24 prospect Jose Pujols went 2-for-5, including a three-run homer in the first inning for Class A Lakewood. Pujols has a career-high 18 homers this season and leads the South Atlantic League in that category.
• Steven Brault (Pirates' No. 17) fired six scoreless frames, extending his scoreless streak to 12 innings. The left-hander scattered three hits throughout and threw 64 of his 97 pitches for strikes as he struck out seven. Since returning from his Major League debut, Brault has given up two earned runs over 15 1/3 innings.

• Josh Staumont is certainly making a strong impression on his new teammates. The Royals' No. 17 prospect threw 57 of his 92 pitches for strikes as he struck out 10 in 5 2/3 innings, allowing one run on two hits. In his first two starts with Double-A Northwest Arkansas, Staumont has held opponents to two earned runs in 10 2/3 innings.
• Twins' No. 29 prospect Lewin Diaz extended his hitting streak to 12 and collected a career-high six RBIs for the Rookie level Elizabethton Twins. Lewis gave his team the lead with a sixth-inning grand slam, his fifth homer of the season.

• Alex Kirilloff homered and went 3-for-5 for the Rookie level Elizabethton Twins. The Twins' first-round pick has three hits in each of his past two games and three of his past four.
• Blue Jays first-round selection T.J. Zeuch fired three scoreless innings for Class A Short Season Vancouver. The right-hander has allowed two earned runs over nine innings in three appearances to begin his professional career.
