Mattingly wins challenge in Wilson's scoreless inning

PHOENIX -- Dodgers manager Don Mattingly won a challenge on Friday night with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning and a seven-run lead over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

First-base umpire Quinn Wolcott ruled that Miguel Montero beat Adrian Gonzalez to the bag on his grounder to the first baseman.

The call was overturned on review, as the replay showed that Gonzalez's foot hit the bag before Montero's for the second out of the inning.

Dodgers reliever Brian Wilson then caught Aaron Hill looking at a 95-mph strike three for the final out. Los Angeles won, 7-0.
