Dodgers exceed three million tickets sold for 2015 season

Club reaches milestone at the earliest date in franchise history

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers today announced that the club has exceeded three million in ticket sales for the 2015 season, reaching the milestone at the earliest date in franchise history.

The Dodgers led the Majors last year with a home attendance of 3,782,337, marking the second-highest single-season mark in Dodger Stadium history (3,857,036 in 2007) and the 26th time that the club has topped the big leagues in attendance since moving to Los Angeles in 1958. The Dodgers have reached the three-million attendance mark on 28 occasions, including 18 times in the last 19 years.

The club has capped its 2015 season-ticket sales at 35,000 full-season equivalents, but mini plans, which include Opening Day tickets, are still available for purchase. Mini plans start at only $17 per game and fans can choose between a preset 20-game mini plan - featuring all 10 bobblehead giveaways, all eight Cy Young pins, Opening Day and Jackie Robinson Day - and a 30-game flex plan, with the option to pick from any 2015 home game, including Opening Day, and the rights to purchase tickets to potential NLDS and NLCS postseason games. More information on Dodger mini plans can be found by visiting www.dodgers.com/miniplans.

Single-game tickets remain on-sale, but fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid being shut out of popular rivalry games and promotional dates. The full promotional calendar, which includes bobblehead nights and new offerings such as a Tommy Lasorda Garden Gnome (May 25) and the eight-game Cy Young Collectors' Pin Series, can be found online at www.dodgers.com/promotions.

The Dodgers encourage fans to purchase their parking in advance to assist in traffic flow and expedite movement through the auto gates. Advance parking prices are $10 and parking at the gate is $20. In addition, the Dodgers have added prepaid lanes to further expedite parking for fans purchasing parking passes in advance.

The Dodgers have three home games remaining at Camelback Ranch - Glendale and return to Los Angeles a week from today for the three-game Freeway Series against the Angels, which includes a 6:10 p.m. game at Dodger Stadium on Saturday, April 4. The Dodgers open the regular season at home against the San Diego Padres with a sold-out 1:10 p.m. game on Monday, April 6.
