LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers return home Monday for a six-game homestand against the St. Louis Cardinals (August 20-22) and San Diego Padres (August 24-26), including great promotions, special events, kid-friendly activities and Players' Weekend (Aug. 24-26).
Giveaways during the homestand include a knit cap presented by UnitedHealthcare on Monday, a Chase Utley bobblehead presented by Takagi Tankless Water Heaters on Wednesday, a cooling towel presented by BeWaterWise.com on Friday, a Dave Roberts replica batting practice jersey presented by Your Southern California BMW Centers on Saturday and for kids 14 & under, Jr. Dodgers socks presented by Spectrum on Sunday. Additionally, the promotional schedule features Friday Night Fireworks presented by Denny's, Viva Los Dodgers presented by Coca-Cola and Spectrum prior to Sunday's game with an expected appearance from Yasiel Puig in honor of Cuba Day and also postgame Kids Run the Bases following Sunday's homestand finale.
The Padres series August 24-26 will mark Major League Baseball's second Players' Weekend, where both teams will wear specially designed uniforms with player nicknames on the back of their jerseys. Each player will also have the opportunity to recognize someone who was instrumental in his personal development, or a baseball player who inspired him, on a jersey patch on his right sleeve. 
The team will also be hosting LAFC Night (Aug. 20), Hello Kitty Night (Aug. 21), Overwatch League Night (Aug. 22), Healthcare Night (Aug. 24), LA Kings Night (Aug. 25), CSU San Bernardino Day (Aug. 26) and Cuba Day (Aug. 26). These games include special pregame programming and an exclusive item for those that purchase their tickets through Dodgers.com/Events.
