LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers today selected the contract of right-handed reliever Chin-hui Tsao (#44) from Triple-A Oklahoma City and also recalled right-hander Josh Ravin from Oklahoma City. Thomas tossed 2.0 scoreless innings in last night's game and has appeared in two games in three stints with the Dodgers this season. In seven combined appearances with the Dodgers and Braves this year, Thomas has gone 0-1 with a 5.23 ERA.

Garcia has made a team-high 40 appearances this year, going 3-2 with a 4.10 ERA and striking out 53 in 37.1 innings. After opening the season by allowing just one run in his first 14 appearances (14.1 IP), Garcia has posted a 6.26 ERA (16 ER/23.0 IP) in his last 26 games since May 11.
