DraftKings picks: Price is right vs. White Sox

Welcome to DraftKings fantasy baseball, the Official Daily Fantasy Game of Major League Baseball.

The players listed below could provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Sunday.

Prince Fielder (Rangers): The first baseman -- who is hitting .346 with 12 homers and 48 RBIs across 280 at-bats this season -- could rip a roundtripper when he visits homer-happy Rogers Centre to face Blue Jays fly-ball-inducing righty Drew Hutchison (career 4.72 ERA, 1.32 WHIP).

:: Fred Zinkie's Daily Picks ::

Mitch Moreland (Rangers): Moreland has thrived against right-handed pitching, as he owns a .793 career OPS in those situations (.647 vs. lefties), including a stellar .940 mark in 2015. He could show off his power at hitter-friendly Rogers Centre against Hutchison, who has pitched to a 5.33 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP this season.

Jose Bautista (Blue Jays): The outfielder could excel against rookie righty Chi Chi Gonzalez at his hitter-friendly home venue, where he has posted a lifetime .976 OPS. Bautista, who leads the American League in walks, could reach base several times and plate a handful of runs against the inexperienced Gonzalez, who has compiled a 4.48 FIP across his first five big league starts.

Michael Taylor (Nationals): Taylor is hitting .249 this season, but he has helped DraftKings participants by compiling five homers and eight steals across 185 at-bats. The outfielder could thrive when he vacates his pitcher-friendly home venue and faces Kevin Correia (career 4.59 ERA) at Philadelphia's homer-happy park in Game 1 of a doubleheader. Of note: Taylor and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a club that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .670 defensive efficiency ratio.

Matt Duffy (Giants): Hitting .286 with six homers across 210 at-bats, Duffy has become a regular starter for the Giants. The third baseman -- who has a career .763 OPS against right-handers and a .664 mark vs. lefties -- could be an economical DraftKings selection when he faces Rockies righty Kyle Kendrick (5.96 ERA, 1.44 WHIP in 2015).

Ryan Braun (Brewers): As a big leaguer, Braun has posted a game-changing 1.028 OPS against left-handers (.873 vs. righties). The outfielder could thrive at his hitter-friendly home park against Twins southpaw Tommy Milone (career 1.31 WHIP).

Carlos Gomez (Brewers): With 52 homers and 80 steals since the outset of the 2013 season, Gomez has proven that he can contribute to DraftKings squads in multiple ways. The outfielder could reach base several times against Milone (1.34 WHIP in 2015) or swipe a bag against catcher Kurt Suzuki, who sometimes struggles to thwart would-be basestealers.

Alex Rodriguez (Yankees): The slugger could improve on his lofty lifetime .303/.383/.561 slash line against right-handers when he meets up with Astros righty Collin McHugh, who has a 4.80 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP on the year.

Brett Gardner (Yankees): Gardner -- who has compiled 26 homers and 36 steals since the outset of last season -- could produce in multiple ways out of the leadoff spot against McHugh (career 4.38 ERA). If he reaches base, Gardner could swipe a bag against Jason Castro, who has allowed more steals than all but eight catchers this year.

Ike Davis (A's): Davis has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has a career .808 OPS (.576 vs. lefties). He could put a ball into the outfield seats when he faces Royals righty Jeremy Guthrie, who owns a lifetime 1.2 HR/9 rate.

Stephen Vogt (A's): With 13 homers and 53 RBIs across 224 at-bats, Vogt has been among the most powerful catchers this season. He could drive in multiple runs at the expense of Guthrie (5.90 ERA, 1.53 WHIP in 2015).

David Price (Tigers): Price has continued to pitch like a staff ace in 2015, posting a 2.42 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP across 104 frames. The left-hander could deliver a memorable outing when he plies his trade at home against a White Sox lineup that ranks last in the Majors by a wide margin with a .563 OPS against southpaws.

Madison Bumgarner (Giants): A consistent ace, Bumgarner has produced an ERA between 2.77 and 3.37 in each season since 2010. The left-hander could continue to excel when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park against a Rockies lineup that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .662 OPS against southpaws and 15th with a .685 OPS on the road.

Chase Anderson (D-backs): With a 3.54 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP across 14 starts this season, Anderson has been a useful second starter for DraftKings participants. The right-hander could compile quality innings when he pitches at offense-suppressing Petco Park against a Padres lineup that ranks 26th in the Majors with a .664 OPS against righties.

Zack Greinke (Dodgers): Since joining the Dodgers at the outset of the 2013 season, Greinke has registered an ace-like 2.47 ERA. He could continue to post difference-making statistics when he works at pitcher-friendly Marlins Park against a Miami lineup that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .661 OPS against righties.

Michael Pineda (Yankees): Coming off an eight-run letdown in his most recent start, the right-hander could provide an economical option in DraftKings contests when he faces the Astros. If he can compile several quality innings, Pineda could rack up plenty of K's against a lineup that leads the Majors with 708 strikeouts. Additionally, the hurler could be well-supported by a Yankees lineup that ranks second in baseball with 353 runs scored.

All statistics are accurate through the completion of Friday's games.
