First-Ever Phillies Futures Game presented by PGW on Saturday, April 2

In less than two weeks, baseball returns to Philadelphia with a one-of-a kind, exhibition event that showcases the stars of the present and the stars of tomorrow - on the field together for a very unique and special game.

In less than two weeks, baseball returns to Philadelphia with a one-of-a kind, exhibition event that showcases the stars of the present and the stars of tomorrow - on the field together for a very unique and special game.
The historic Phillies Futures Game presented by PGW will take place at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, at Citizens Bank Park. Taking to the field will be the 2016 Phillies major league roster, who will compete against the Phillies top minor league prospects, many of whom are named on this year's 2016 MLB Pipeline's Top 100 Prospects list.
Prospects likely to participate include JP Crawford, Roman Quinn, Nick Williams, Mark Appel, Zach Eflin and Jake Thompson. Many more will be announced in the coming days.
"We are extremely excited to showcase some of our young talent from our minor league roster, who will be selected to be on the Phillies Futures team," said Joe Jordan, Phillies Director of Player Development. "It's going to be a fun matchup for our fans in Philadelphia as our major league roster plays ball against the All-Stars of our farm system during the final Spring Training game of the season."
All fans 14 and under will receive a PGW Phillies Futures Series Fathead, featuring the logos of all the Phillies minor league affiliates.
