ANAHEIM -- Former All-Star outfielder Garret Anderson will join Chuck Finley and Tyler Skaggs for "Moving Day" at Angel Stadium, the team announced Thursday.
"Moving Day," free to the public, celebrates the Angels packing up their equipment truck for the 365-mile drive to Tempe, Ariz., unofficially signaling the start of Spring Training. This year's event will be held Thursday, Feb. 11, in the ballpark parking lot (beyond left field, near Tunnel B) from 12-2 p.m. PT.

Anderson, a three-time All-Star in left field; Finley, the franchise leader in wins; and Skaggs, fully recovered from Tommy John surgery, will be on hand to sign autographs.
Raffle giveaways, including game-used items, autographed merchandise and a pair of Opening Day tickets, will be distributed. The Angels also will have a pitching machine and host a question-and-answer session with FOX Sports West host Alex Curry and AM 830 KLAA host Roger Lodge.
The event will be held eight days before Angels pitchers and catchers take part in their first organized workout. Old Dominion Household Services is acting as the presenting sponsor, and AM 830 is slated to air the event live. Fans can use the hashtag #Road2Tempe on social-media platforms the day of the event for a chance to win tickets to a future game.
